The District office receives its funding from the following sources • A permanent tax levy of $0.10 per $1000 of assessed value, • Grants and donations, • Some fee for service.
The Columbia Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD), since the passing of a permanent tax levy in 2008, has been growing and expanding its services and increasing its ability to serve a more extensive segment of Columbia County residents. Honing in on key resource concerns and community needs that are specific to Columbia County is one way to focus our efforts around programs and projects that will be the most successful both ecologically and economically for Columbia County.

Columbia Soil & Water Conservation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
