Invitation to Bid: Conyers Creek Habitat Diversification & Enhancement Project

 

Columbia Soil and Water Conservation District (Columbia SWCD) is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Conyers Creek Habitat Diversification & Enhancement Project in Columbia County, Oregon.

The project involves in-stream habitat restoration activities, including the installation of large wood structures and rootwads, Beaver Dam Analogues, streambank improvements, side-channel restoration, and associated erosion control measures.

Important Dates

• Invitation to Bid Issued: October 16, 2026
• Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: October 26, 2026, at 10:30 AM
• Bid Submission Deadline: November 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PDT)
• Subcontractor Disclosure Deadline: November 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM

The mandatory pre-proposal conference will begin at the Safeway parking lot in Clatskanie, Oregon.

Contractors are responsible for reviewing all applicable project documents and requirements prior to submitting a bid.

Bid Submission

Bids must be submitted in PDF format by email to Crystalyn.bush@columbiaswcd.com no later than 2:00 PM (PDT) on November 3, 2026.

Please include "BID FOR CONYERS CREEK PROJECT" or similar wording in the email subject line.

Late submissions will not be considered except as permitted in the official Invitation to Bid.
